What is a profile picture?  You have a profile image as a user and you have a profile image for your business.  I would expect most business to use their logo as their profile image.  But, you can use any image you would like.  The best size for that image would be at least 200 pixels by 200 pixels.  Although a larger image is ok and give you the ability to crop the image.
